Vendor Information

All vendors who wish to reserve booth or ground space must complete an application which can be downloaded from this website, or received at the Ritchie County Extension Office.

Vendors can be among the following:
• Food Vendors
• Commercial Vendors (generally classed as selling or
distributing non-food or non-homemade items)
• Organizations or Non-Profits
• Information Booth (providing information or services)
• Craft Booth

• The Ritchie County Fair & Exposition assumes no responsibility for vendor products or supplies.

• Motorized traffic will not be permitted on the grounds during fair hours.

• No alcoholic beverages permitted on the fair grounds.
